Apartment Check in:

Official check-in time is between 13.00 and 20.00.

If you arrive before 5pm, we can do your check-in from 12am, if the apartment is available. In such case, you would have to leave your luggage in the apartment and let the cleaning team do his job.

If you wish to check-in before 14:00 for sure, you will have to pay for an extra day.

This is because the apartment will be vacant for the whole day for you to check-in any time.

We ensure a check-in service at any time of night.

If you arrive after 21/00 a 15 extra charge will be charged.

Or you can order a transfer. In this case you’ll pay just for transfer for delivery to your apartment

Apartment Check out:

Check-out time is noon – 12:00.

If you need to have a late check-out (evening time):

• late check-out fee before 18:00 – equals half of the amount paid for 1 day
• late check-out after 18:00 – equals the amount paid for 1 day

Please let us know about the changes in your check-out time as soon as possible.

This service apply only if we do not have any arrival the day of your departure.

To check-in please provide us with the following:

• your passport to sign the lease contract
• money to pay for the rest of your stay( we accept Ukrainian currency, please CASH only)
• deposit ( this amount will be returned upon your check out )

On arrival you will be asked for a deposit against damage made during your stay. After your departure, the apartment checked, if there are no damage we give it to you back.
